Men's Hair Loss

Father’s Day is a celebration honoring Fathers and celebrating fatherhood, paternal bonds and the influence of Fathers in society. A Father can be any Male figure who has been there for you or someone you looked up too…or he can just be a powerful Male figure who has helped you through life in any way.

On July 5th 1908, A West Virginia church sponsored the nation’s first event explicitly in honor of Fathers. A Sunday sermon in Monogah honored the memory of 362 men who died in the previous explosion at the Fairmont Coal Company mines. It wasn’t until July 19th 1910, with the help of women named Sonora Smart Dodd that made this a State wide holiday.

I am very thankful and blessed to have my father in my life. Growing up he was the hard working father who made sure we had anything we needed and even tried giving us everything we wanted. Although he would come home tired; he would always make time to bond and have fun with my 2 older sisters and I. Being around 3 daughters for a father I am sure could be very scary and busy, a man always worries about his little girl and in this case he had to worry about 3 little girls. Watching us grow up to be strong women was a true blessing for him, although he still worries about us and always wants to best for us. We make sure he is now well taken care of and healthy, showing him lots of love. He is getting older, but thankfully he is still very healthy. I love and adore my father and am very blessed to still have him in my life.

This Sunday June 16th is a time to celebrate that special Male figure in your life, staying home having a nice get together, going out having some food and fun, some may even go on vacation. A simple card showing them how much they mean to you or even remembering the memories you had if they are not living. Enjoy that special day in honor of Fathers and Male figures you looked up to.
